Oswald Arun Saldanha brings over 34 years of aviation industry experience to his client engagements. Leading the Allied Aviation team from the UAE and India offices, he ensures high-quality, local support. Specializing in aircraft maintenance, supply chain management, sales, and OEM relationships, Oswald excels in managing inventories and assets, consistently meeting customer demands. His achievements include designing and building warehouses, establishing overseas relationships for line maintenance and AOG support, and assembling effective teams for business efficiency and profitability. Before founding Allied Aviation in the UAE, he held senior management positions with a leading airline and MRO in India. His first independent venture was establishing Allied Aviation in India.

K V Krishnan brings over 40 years of global aviation expertise, holding an MSc in Air Transport Management and licensed as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (DGCA, FAA A&P). He established and grew India’s first EASA-approved MRO to USD 16 million, performing C checks and lease return checks for domestic and international customers. He developed third-party line maintenance across 14 Indian stations, serving airlines such as Etihad, Qatar, and Thai. He secured a five-year contract with Boeing for maintaining the Indian Head of State’s VVIP 737 NG fleet and negotiated a tailored support program for Vistara’s A320 fleet with Airbus. Krishnan has extensive experience in recovering and repairing structurally damaged airplanes, cargo airline operations, STC evaluation, P to F conversions, and has overseen over 500 C checks, including third-party inspections.

He has a proven track record of driving sustainable growth and profitability through robust business strategies, financial planning, compliance, and risk management. Known for his financial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, Jinoy has successfully transformed underperforming ventures into thriving enterprises. Transitioning from a successful banking career, he now oversees multiple businesses, leveraging his expertise to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Jinoy’s ability to manage complex financial operations and lead successful initiatives makes him a key asset to the Allied Aviation management team, steering the company towards continued success and innovation.
